Vacu-Boom Cap End

Vacu-Booms can be assembled into a variety of configurations. The basic element of a Vacu-Boom is a 5 foot long section. The sections are joined together by devices called clips to form various lengths and shapes. Special fittings called end caps are used as end closures and vac hose connection points. Other fittings called centre taps and square corners are available for certain configurations.

How a Vacu-Boom is put together

A Vacu-Boom is assembled from 5 foot sections into whatever configuration the job needs. The parts are:

Build the length to the job rather than dragging a fixed-length boom around, and carry spare clips — they are the part that goes missing.

Seal every joint

A boom is a vacuum manifold. Every joint that is not properly clipped and seated is air drawn from the room instead of from the surface — and the loss is invisible because the machine sounds identical. If a boom is not lifting as it should, walk the joints before you blame the machine.

Tell us the width you need to cover and we will work out the section and clip count with you.
