Orbot rubber washer for spray jets
The sealing washer behind a spray jet on an Orbot machine.
The usual cause of a dripping jet
When solution weeps from around a jet rather than out of it, the washer behind it has hardened or split. It is a cheap part and a five-minute job, and leaving it means solution running down the inside of the head where you cannot see what it is doing.
Final stock — not being restocked
This part is being sold out at a reduced price and will not be restocked. If you keep spares for a machine you intend to run for a few more years, this is the time to take what you need. If you are buying one for a repair in hand, order with confidence — the stock is current.
We have not been given a successor part number. When these are gone we will help you source a replacement rather than leave you with a machine you cannot service — tell us the model and serial number and we will work it out.
Identifying the right part
Fasteners and small components change between production runs, and the part on your machine may not match the current drawing. Measure what you are replacing, or photograph it against a ruler, and send that with your model and serial number. It takes a minute and it saves an order that does not fit.
Orbot part numbers are not always obvious from the machine. Send us the model, the serial number and a photograph of the part you need and we will confirm it before you order.
