We offer discounted freight within Australia on eligible online orders to help offset rising freight and fuel costs.
How the Discount Works
- Online orders of $300 or more containing eligible items qualify for a freight discount of up to 10% of the order value.
- The freight discount is capped at 10% of the order value, even if actual freight costs exceed this amount.
- Example: On a $300 order with $60 freight, the maximum freight discount is $30.
Freight Review & Approval
- Freight charges are reviewed after checkout to ensure accuracy based on item type, size, weight, destination, and carrier requirements.
- If revised freight charges apply, we will always contact you before dispatch to confirm pricing.
- If the updated freight cost is outside your budget, you may cancel the order prior to dispatch for a full refund.
Items Not Eligible for Discounted Freight
Some items or delivery locations are not eligible for freight discounts. Where an order contains both eligible and ineligible items, the discount will apply only to eligible items.
- Hazardous / Dangerous Goods: Items classified as DG by carriers (e.g. solvents, corrosives) require separate freight pricing.
- Bulky or Heavy Items: Items that are oversized, heavy, or costly to ship due to dimensions or handling requirements.
- Regional or Remote Deliveries: Additional charges may apply depending on location and carrier access.
- Discounted or Clearance Items: Sale, clearance, or specially priced items may be excluded from freight discounts.
No Hidden Charges
No order will be dispatched with additional freight charges applied without customer approval.
