Free Freight Offer - Terms & Conditions
When you place an internet order of $300 or more of eligible items, your order will qualify for FREE FREIGHT with in Australia to a maximum freight discount of 10% of the value of the order. Our aim is to offer our customers free freight for as many products to as many locations as possible. Unfortunately due to the size of Australia and the various types, sizes and weights of products we sell, it's difficult to offer free freight for all orders.
If the free freight discount exceeds 10% of the value of the order, a maximum freight discount of 10% of the value of the order applies. for example: an order for $300 where the calculated freight charge is $60, an maximum freight discount of $30 will apply to the order. We will always contact you before goods are dispatched if additional charges apply.
Items NOT Eligible for FREE Freight Offer
Hazardous Goods: Additional freight charges apply to items that are considered as Dangerous Goods by our freight carriers, This may included items such as solvents and corrosives. If you place an order that includes dangerous goods, freight for your order will be quoted before the order is processed. We will contact you ASAP with pricing. No freight discount applies to the hazardous goods items in your order. If the order contains items that are not eligible for free freight you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items and the free freight discount will be applied to the eligible items.
Bulkier or Heavy Items: Items that are large and low weight or heavy and small in size are more expensive to ship and may not be eligible for the free freight offer. If the order contains items that are not eligible for free freight you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items and the free freight discount will be applied to the eligible items.
Remote Locations: Additional freight charges may apply to orders that are being sent to remote locations. If the order contains items that are not eligible for free freight you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items and the free freight discount will be applied to the eligible items.
Discounted, Special Pricing and Web Specials: Discounted and clearance items may not be eligible for the free freight offer. If the order contains items that are not eligible for free freight you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items and the free freight discount will be applied to the eligible items.
If you are using your own preferred freight carrier, no free freight discount applies. We will always contact you before goods are despatched if additional charges apply.
