Unger 2.5 m telescopic pole, two stages, 1.4 m, 0.62 kg. Unger telescopic poles are made from durable yet lightweight aluminium with non-slip twist locks and an ergonomic handle for a secure grip.
The poles feature the ErgoTec Locking Cone for secure attachment of traditional tools: push the release button to remove the tool. Compatible with any tools featuring an ACME thread fitting. The pole can be extended and fixed at any stage using the twist locks. It is a practical way to extend your reach when using Fixi Clamps.
Where It Fits on a Job
On restoration work the pole is most often paired with a Fixi Clamp holding a dry cleaning sponge for soot removal on ceilings and high walls, or a cloth for dusting vents and cornices. It also takes Unger's squeegees, washers and dusters for glass.

Note: Unger's current two-section 2.5 m poles are sold with a closed length of 1.25 m (for example the OptiLoc EZ250). CCW lists 1.4 m for this pole. We show both; measure it if the closed length matters for your van or kit.
Using It Safely
- Check each twist lock is tight before putting weight on the tool.
- Work from a stable footing and keep the pole within your control; an extended pole is heavier at the end than it feels.
- Aluminium conducts electricity. Keep clear of power lines, exposed wiring and light fittings, especially in fire-damaged buildings.
- Rinse and dry the sections after wet or sooty work so the locks do not bind.

Which tools fit it?

Is a tool included?
No. The pole is sold on its own.
Can I use it for ceiling soot removal?
Yes, with a Fixi Clamp and dry cleaning sponge. Test a small area first and replace the sponge face as soon as it loads with soot.
