AEON synthetic blower oil, factory recommended by Gardner Denver for its positive displacement (PD) blowers and vacuum pumps, including Sutorbilt, DuroFlow, CycloBlower, HeliFlow and TriFlow. On a truckmount, the blower is the vacuum source, and the right oil is what keeps it alive.
PD or PD-XD?
Gardner Denver make two grades: AEON PD and AEON PD-XD. This is AEON PD-XD, the grade for high ambient and high discharge temperatures, which suits the hot running conditions of a truckmount blower. Check your blower manual for the grade it specifies. Do not mix grades.
Key Features
- Viscosity optimised for demanding operating conditions, according to Gardner Denver
- Designed for high ambient and high discharge temperature conditions
- Rust and oxidation additives for corrosion protection and blower reliability
- Synthetic: Gardner Denver state a service life four times that of mineral-based oils

Changing Blower Oil
- Change at the interval in your blower or truckmount manual, and check levels daily in sight glasses where fitted.
- Fill to the correct level with the blower level and cold. Overfilling causes leaks and overheating; underfilling damages gears and bearings.
- Do not mix grades or brands.
