The sleeves and probes here are replaceable independently, and only the sleeves are consumed in normal use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHow the in-situ test works\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDrill a 19 mm hole to the depth the standard requires — 40% of slab thickness for a slab drying from one side. The supplied depth stop sets it repeatably.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClean the hole with the wire brush. Dust left in the hole changes the reading.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFit an adjustable sleeve and cap it, then leave the hole to equilibrate.
